The live camera needs a software plugin for your browser. If you don't have the plugin installed, you'll be asked if you want to install it - click yes. Once the software is installed, refresh the page (Ctrl+'F5').

You also need to accept ActiveX controls, you may need to alter your security settings. Click 'Tools' and select 'Internet options'. Choose 'Security' and click on 'Custom level'.

Select 'Prompt' for 'ActiveX controls'. Select 'OK' & refresh the page (Ctrl+'F5').
